CommerceCX India celebrated the First Anniversary at Dream Valley Golf and Resorts on March 12, which was a daylong event. Mr. Vasanth M, MD, CCX India, shared the company’s success, objectives, and plans.
The focus of the event was teamwork and team bond. Emphasising this, Mr. Vasanth shared from his experience how teamwork can renew inspiration, boost morale, bring people closer. To emphasise this, he shared the famous quote of Henry Ford “Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress and working together is a success.”
The India team were congratulated by Mr. Vinay Toomu and the leadership team at CX. Team members participated in fun filled team-building activities and games with enthusiasm. These games showed how to increase motivation, connect effectively with remote team members, increase collaboration, be creative, reinforce positivity, and communicate better.
